couldn't do a simple transaction kept making all these excuses later on just to gaslight us and sat there doing nothing we then try another hour and the security wouldn't let us in until they looked at the employee who sitting there like did you need an approval for us to come in to do your job? if ID was really an issue when we brought all the correct one we were still denied in so at this point they just refuse to do their job
