BMO Bank of Montreal

Terrible customer service. The manager practically laughed at me when he told me he couldnt help me with my very simple problem that nobody else has.( even though they insist its policy b.s) Idk if this is how all BMO location are run but Id avoid this one AT ALL COST!

I used to love this location but after being harassed by an employee there, it hasn't been the same. I am completely unable to book appointments for business banking here because the only person that takes appointments is the man who harassed me and was incredibly unprofessional. I tried to go there today for teller services. I even checked their website prior to leaving the house to ensure they were open for teller services. The website said they were open but when I got there, they wren't and I had to walk over an hour to find a bank to go to. They really need to make it clear on their website that they are no longer a full service bank and should have additional people you can book appointments with.

Loved the staffs, services, and the Personal Banker Sophie Kim was the best! Highly recommend!
