CIBC Branch with ATM

During my last two visits to this branch, I received a great service by the customer service agent Viktoriia Vensikis who was kind, knowledgeable, and resourceful in solving a problem with my debit card. She just didn't perform her job efficiently but also with the greatest friendly attitude one would always expect from a service company.

Bank manager refused to accept my valid Ontario government issued ID. Even though I've been a cibc customer for decades she was extremely suspicious of me, she has no business running a bank.

This bank is basic, always has massive lines, the people working in the cubicle offices in the back are arrogant, pompous and simply rude towards clients. From the branch manager to a few of the various (couple dollars over minimum wage) employees. Sadly Google doesn't allow me to mention names or I would. Bottom line if you're looking to open a business account or do business transactions. Find a different bank !!!

I have been dealing with Johnathan Lopez Andrade for quite a while. He has always been accessible, receptive and accomodating. He is very knowledgeable, organized and professional and has always given me excellent advice regarding all my banking needs. I especially want to acknowledge his prompt response to my request for an in person meeting with my husband and me last week. As usual, Johnathan was accomodating to our needs. However, it was appreciated even more during this time sorrow. His time, guidance, patience and expert advice were of great assistance.
