        Been in Gerard square Cibc branch for really long time. For the first time have this not really friendly and kinda rude teller serving me today which I never seen him before. His name is Kladji and I will never forget the unsatisfying momnent that I have today. April 29 2023 and they have the calendar in the bank which is still April 28 lol what a joke. When the manager lindita was there before it never happened. Probably the manger was not there today. And besides me I felt for the Asian old man that trying to deposit money into the account and the teller he himself is Asian but refused to speak mandarin or Cantonese to serve him and make it difficult for this poor old man. Geez!!! Such a bad day and this is the first time I felt at this branch after so many years being a loyal customer !!! Disappointed

        This is a Chinese Branch. If you are expecting a good service from them, plz go somewhere else. They have special treatments only for Chinese. The worst banking experience I had.
