Horrible experience. The (Persian lady) teller I don't know her name made me so uncomfortable, never gonna use this brunch again. Unfortunately BMO is not as it was before

Staff there are just awesome! They are polite, energetic, and easy to talk with. They fix my issue within extremely short time. Robby the manager, and Thipeega helped me again today. What else can I say, they are just splendid!

I visited your branch early this year to open bank drafts. At that time, my bank plan was the performance plan and since I was a student, the plan fee was waived. One staff promoted the premium plan to me saying if I saved at least 6,000 dollar in my chequing account, the plan fee would be rebated in the end of the month. However, recently I found that I did not got the rebate since February. So I went to another branch because I moved. I was told that 6,000 was a DAILY min. amount and I did not think I was informed that it was a daily requirement this early this year. I kindly ask if these charged fee can be refunded to me, as the branch where I visited today did not do so.. I do not know why the staff recommend the premium plan and I would never switch to the premium plan if I know I would be charged, especially when there is no significant difference between these two plans and I did not really need the extra features of the premium plan. Since I've been a bmo customer for more than ten years, I've always thought bmo offers excellent customer service. But this time, I was incredibly let down. If you are unable to refund me for these plan fees, I will start thinking about switching to another bank.

Went here today since their website wasn't working for applying for a credit card. Samira was really friendly and helpful, and the process was seamless.
