This branch is fine in person. Sometimes very friendly and very helpful. But when you need to reach them via phone or email, it's impossible. I would rather build my relationship with a more reliable branch but unfortunately this is the closest one to me

Tried to call the branch to ask a question and was continuously redirected to their voicemail. Their voicemail was full so I was unable to leave my information. I continued to call in hopes to get an answer (Id prefer not to walk the 15 minutes to ask a question) and when the representative finally picked up, she scoffed and asked if I was the one continuously calling and said she was busy. I understand people get busy, so either clear your voicemail or pick up the phone and ask to hold. Communication.
