After banking here for years I have had an experience where the tellers were adamant that a negative balance meant that I owed them when a seemingly automated deduction took more than the owed principal and interest for a loan payment. This was after speaking with a member of their solutions team and agreeing upon payment schedule. Beyond strange for a bank. I really don't want to go back to RBC but I cannot recommend you go here.

Been a member CASCU since 2008. Also an ACTRA member. I've always been treated very well here. VERY helpful staff who go out of their way to provide whatever is needed: account set-up or changes, transfers, bank drafts etc... or just information. I wouldn't deal with a big bank again.

Walked into the Actra office to start a credit union account. I was told I needed to do it on line, and then return with money for them to deposit, but no one would actually open the account in person - even though I was standing right in front of them.When I suggested it wasn't like a real credit union, I was told it was virtual, and that I needed to get with the times. Unhelpful and rude - GO TO A REAL CREDIT UNION, DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME
