Card blocked because the associate clicked the wrong debit card on his screen. After way too long a process on the phone - card back on. Next visit to this branch I tell the associate: the card does not go in. He then takes it, twists it and forces it in the reader to then tell me oh it is broken! You need a card. When he just did it! Two weeks to get a new card. Then he calls me hey miss Cindy. When Im not a miss and why on earth are we on first name basis Customer service is lost

They're only really nice to you when they want to sell you a credit card or try to get your business via investments. They couldn't really care about your business, whether you have a history at the branch, or at the bank. After being a 30+ years with the bank, I've felt the most disrespected at this branch even though I go to this location almost every week. The younger customer service personnel are smug and wouldn't care whether you left as a customer or not. Shame, I used to really like this location.

Doesn't deal with cash inside bank only a machine there's a machine inside and put when it's closed only replaces bank cards inside and loans.

disrespectful business to the Canary community. if you live within community I advise not to do business with this branch.

The management of this branch has zero respect for the community in which is located. The branch is located in a residential building and they are doing interior renovations in the middle of the night, contrary to City noise bylaws prohibiting construction noise between 7pm and 7am. Drilling, hammering, clanking noises are travelling through the building. Last week, after two night's of disruptive work and many complaints from residents, their landlord told them to stop and only work during daytime hours. They were back last night. Tonight, they showed up and began installing steel framing at 11:30pm.
