        Make sure to count your cash money after cashier passes it to you. It can easily be less than expected. Thank you RBC, it was very unexpected.

        Spent an hour there while they asked me questions to verify my identity, told me they couldnt do the transaction, then told me they could, only then to be told that they cant process my credit card cash advance because they werent able to get authorization. Ive done this same transaction 4 times at other branches. Now Im not sure if it was just bad luck but I definitely didnt walk out feeling like I received good service.
