TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Slowest service. Worst branch - highly recommend if you enjoy waiting 30 minutes to speak with a teller.

I didn't have a good experience at this branch. The teller verified my Id, asked for PIN number and SMS code. After all qualifications are met, he refused to process my request with very vague reason. He didn't even think for how client's time. My time is also valuable as other person. I am so disappointed and was insulted by this teller.

I had a great experience at this branch today! My teller Johnathan was extremely helpful. It was my first time doing a bank draft and he helped me through every step of it and was very patient with me even though it was extremely busy and the branch was 15 minutes to close. Great customer service, if I could give him 10 stars, I would!

I was accused of cutting the line the last time I was there and rushed through my interaction by an unpleasant female teller. The design of this location, particularly the line situation is confusing when empty. Customers are expected to walk from the branch entrance to the back of the branch, just to walk back to the front to meet a teller stationed near the entrance, and there are openings/walkways in front of each teller station. It's hit or miss with this location. Most of the time the tellers are unfriendly and slow. On a rare occasion I've been suggested product that was actually helpful and unrelated to why I visited but I appreciated the information.

I visited the bank today at around 12pm. My mom wanted to change her account type so I went to help her with translation. Since I had to communicate with my mom after asking the advisor about account types and discuss which might be more suitable for her, it took some time for her to decide. I requested the advisor about two times to change. He already printed out the papers to sign but I apologized and asked politely if he could change to another account type one more time. He seemed a bit annoyed and said "going back and forth" and then dumped the papers into the garbage. I thought documents are normally disposed to the shredder especially where privacy and security need to be prioritized. When I asked him about unlimited account, he said does your mom make a lot of transactions? Looked at the screen and said "yup she has a lot~~of transactions going on." It could be subtle but the attitude he had wasn't the best from my perspective. When he brought the papers to sign, he didn't put the paper gently. We waited 20-25 minutes in the line and the service didn't even take 5 minutes to complete but he wasn't patient at all. His name is Danii? I tried to look at the name tag. Why does TD hire someone who is so rude and unprofessional? He would've told how he excels at customer service at the job interview. We were greeted and welcomed by the security officer at the entrance. But the person who should be responsible and show respect to the clients weren't welcoming nor thoughtful. The bank teller ruined the image of TD I hope you could take some time to train the employees about work ethics.
