RBC Royal Bank - Meeting Place (Cash at ATM only)

This bank is so unorganized set up a meeting to open my late brother's safety deposit box ,after getting the run around for a week ,me and my sister show up wait 40 min to be told the safety deposit box is not at this location!! Esha knew we were coming and still made no effort to look into if the box was at this location or not I would not recommend this bank

Only three stars for now. If this was about customer service one would think we would receive a call or an email or letter regarding the change and explanation to the branch we have banked at for over 22 years. Thankfully when we went in to ask some questions about our account we were met by Adela who went above and beyond to get us information and address our needs. Hold on to Adela and others like her !

I went in to simply get a draft written. The whole time I was there, 2 tellers and the branch manager were talking over one another about why they could not help. I walked out and Ill be moving my accounts to a new bank. Unbelievably bad service from a crew of entitled bankers.

The most unorganized branch I've ever come across. Been waiting 8 months for a business client card!! My god, my cat could get it to me faster. Stop using Covid as an excuse for bad service. I will never, ever recommend this branch of to anyone. ( I guess I'll be waiting longer now! Lol)
