        I beg you not to trust this branch or CIBC for that matter, I had my valuables taken out of my safety (so called safety) deposit box by one of the employees. Instead of admitting their faults, PR and not being called out for a scandal is unfortunately more important to this branch and company. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS TRUST ME AND IF YOU HAVE ANY VALUABLES MAKE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS AS THEY MIGHT GO MISSING. Sincerely, A concerned citizen

        My first experience with this bank was really good. Ms. Nooriya helped me with all of my questions concerning credit card and how to manage my bank account. It was absolutely professional and fast. Also the staff was extremely helpful and helped me with all my questions. Looking forward to work with this bank

        Please avoid this branch!!! or at least avoid a staff called Nooriya. This branch totally mess up our account! We specifically told her we want to open newcomer account, she didn't tell us that she open another type of account that we cannot entitle 2 year monthly fee free. Now we received the letter said 3 months fee free is end..... Then we both apply credit card, she only processed my husband credit card. I email her to follow up my card she just completely ignore me! Now I have to go to another branch to figure out what happened and the staff told me she totally mess up my credit card application by canceling my case in their system. Other branch staff is helpful but still trying to fix the mess she made.....
