EQ Bank

I've been using EQBank for a 3 months now with no issues. Easy to sign up and the website and app has always worked when needed. The bank card is shipped in a pretty sleek package as well. Keep up the good work EQBank!

Do not bank with Eq bank. They closed my account for no reason, and I had no access to my deposits. I signed with Eq for the free banking, and the e-transfers and bill payments seemed to be quicker than other banks. Had my pay deposited every 2 weeks for the last 9 months. Last pay, I checked and got the message to call for security reasons. CS said the account was closed for security reasons. Had to call my company to arrange to get my pay sent to another bank. Repeated calls, and no answer given as to why it was closed. CS was nice enough, but would not connect me to anyone in the security dept. They never even called before they closed it. Do not bank with this group - I can't believe they won't even talk to me to give me their reasons. Worst bank ever, I would even suggest worst than CIBC. Update May Eq contacted me via email to discuss this review. I emailed them back and typical, no response.

So far so good They have delivered what they promised My etransfers were nearly instant and my fees refunded quickly

Been growing with eq. The customer service is fast and amazing, app is really easy to use, and I absolutely love my fees being returned from withdrawals at abms. Nevermind the interest, and how easy it is to set up any sort of plan you want. Thanks eq

I was afraid by the bad reviews but I don't understand why people complain, maybe in the past but since I've started everything works properly for me ! I'm used to doing complex transactions with Wise and my other accounts and this is by far the best website ! I'm sure they have to fix minor bugs but I'm pretty satisfied !
