        Its been over 4 days of visiting the branch agin and again only to be able to access on own cards and money and still unable to do so. Acting dumb shouldnt be a response to a customers problem. Truly the worst bank to ever exist.

        Branch staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It is a digital branch, shouldn't expect to get the immediate service all the time because they have been educating ATM, online during each interaction, they are providing forward-looking financial advice and plan, My advice is to make an appointment and take your time in order to gain more out of it. However, the staff is still doing their best all the time! I am happy with my financial advisor-Sreejith(Sree), excellent advisor, always very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you!
