CIBC Branch with ATM

This branch was empty when i went. I saw one staffer and two security guard joking around. When I asked for assistance with banking related issues, they told me no one is available to help and the next available appointment is NEXT WEEK. I then called CIBC to see if their telephone team can help me with my issue. They told me they can't change my email from their end and if I could go back to the branch, change my email, and then give them a call again. I don't understand how this simple issue became a week long nightmare. It blows my mind how CIBC is still in business. Easily the worst banking experience

The atm took my check and said a jam has occurred your deposit will be verified and processed in the next few days. A week has gone by and nothing. They literally stole my whole check. I dont know why the atm didnt spit it back out so I can try on another atm. Im switching to TD, CIBC is so outdated and trash. I tried calling the branch and nobody is picking up. Horrible service.

Slowest customer service Ive ever received. Only two tellers open. Both inexperienced!!!!! Two three members of the staff just sitting at their desk or walking around but none of them had the courtesy to attend to the long lineup. Waited for more than 50 minutes just pay a bill
