        I have banked at this branch for over 20 years. The tellers are superb and run the branch. The managers come and go and generally are inadequate at sorting out issues. For me personally, I could not have had better service for my banking needs both commercial and private.

        Pathetic experience visiting this branch today evening. I went here to open an account at 4.55 pm where the customer service representatives ( a lady and a guy both seemed in their 20s)were causally chatting with each other. When I asked them if I can open a bank account the girl started with the procedure however the male colleague interrupted and said its 5 mins to 5 so can you come later sometimes or go to the nearby branch of BMO even though the working hours are till 6. The funny thing is i went to the nearby branch and even got my bank account opened. How do two branches of same bank can have such different attitude towards customers.
