        Horrible in general RBC is bad literally every branch the reps dont care unprofessional and cant do anything you ask them properly I went in just to do an e-transfer and the lady I got I asked if I could do a e-transfer threw my account because my phone broke and she said I cant do e-transfer for you because all my computer contacts will transfer to your contacts? I said what I dont understand I asked again can I do e-transfer yes or no I dont have my phone or internet to e-transfer she just said all my contacts will transfer to your contacts and throws her hands in the air and says Im going to ask someone and just walks away once again I still dont understand why Cant a e-transfer be completed threw a teller? Once again I do not recommend banking with RBC I constantly have rude customer service reps on top of that I have good credit almost 700 and I keep getting denied for a credit card its sad I literally have tons of credit cards but RBC refuses me and checks my credit every time I am not valued at RBC which is clear and thats fine my rrsp contribution and savings can go with another bank
