        Very disappointed with customer care. Both my husband and I have repeatedly reached out to staff at this branch with phone messages and emails. No response. We realize that our meager accounts and the fact that we have banked with this branch for over 25 years mean nothing to this company but the fact that they do not bother returning an email is shameful.

        One of the worst TD branches! The staff is extremely slow. It takes you forever to get to a teller. There is a fine line between being friendly and being way too chatty, especially when there is a line of people waiting. Please fix this problem.

        I had a credit to my account due to having a student account with low monthly fees. They were very helpful and adjusted the account to student rate.
