        I had awful customer service from lady at credit card consultant this morning. She gave me disrespectful attitude based on my credit score and income. Also English isnt my first language she made me face about my accents. And I refused to upgrade credit card even two staffs at other TD brunches recommended me. Eventually I went to different location to upgrade. Ill never come back this location.

        The worst TD I have ever been to. Doesn't matter the time of day or how many staff. You will be waiting forever for help. Don't go here.

        Long line employees standing around no sense of urgency. Way out of line with the level of service I want from my bank. Need to work at reducing lines. Not enough tellers at the desks for a busy lunch hour. Managers a little blind to this.
