        This branch is so embarrassing for CIBC. Their hours posted online and their voicemail havent been updated in months. They are only open part time. Customers are constantly being turned away. The security guard at the door is constantly on his cell phone. No customer engagement. Graffiti and paint all over the front of the building the building is due for a proper restoration. If you do manage to get inside, expect 30-45 minutes just to see a teller. Never experienced such horrible management and operation of a branch.

        Just went to my local branch, door was locked, the security guard unlocked the door to me that there's no staff onsite today. WHAT? How is that possible? This branch is an absolute disgrace! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE! PATHETIC!

        I've tried to go here twice. Once they were just randomly closed in the middle of the day and today they apparently don't have any tellers (according to the security guard). I'm not sure why they have it listed as a branch and not just an atm if the branch portion is never accessible.
