CIBC Branch with ATM

Booked an appointment to change my account and mr. I dont know gave me the worst customer service experience ever. Also told me if I had it deal with any kind of problems with the account that its my responsibility to call. Well I dont know what the advisors are paid to do because essentially the tellers and the advisors hold this responsibility. This location needs to revaluate their financial advisors and tellers because telling me to call and deal with it myself isnt how things work at a bank. I dont know what happened to the old staff but the new staff isnt any better also most of them dont even speak proper english. How about train your staff to do their job instead of playing dumb.

Nobody works at this place. At 14:46 today (20th of May) was sitting and waiting for half an hour, one worker was on their lunch and in the meeting rooms 103, 102, there were two people just casually talking to presumably customers, who might just be friends and doing nothing.

Worst experience ever with customer service at this branch! I went today asking for help for doing a global transfer, the staff was so indifferent, specially the guy Javier, I asked many things to him, he just said: I dont know, I dont know.. how its possible? Its supposed that the bank had to have professional people.
