The financial advisors at this branch are constantly changing which make it difficult as a client. I brought a document in on feb.27, 2023 to be filled out and processed for assistance with my RRSP. The representative at the time was helpful with one document but said he was not able to fill out the second document because something was missing from the package but did make mention openly he had to go online to see how he to fill out the first document. He did say it was his first time doing something like this while we were in the meeting so, I should have requested clarification if the document was filled out accordingly by requesting for his manager to review the document. I contacted my other institution and was advised the documents were acceptable to be filled out as long as the individual at the institution fills it out accordingly. When requesting a update on the status via email, I was dismissed and passed on to another financial advisor. Think carefully when choosing RBC as your financial institution. If RBC feels this review is fake feel free to reach out as I retained all email correspondence. Thank you.
