    I came to this branch to get certain things done on my account. They first told me that I had to call NBC to get this solved. I already called the customer support which told me to go to the closest branch to have it solved. Im not a ping-pong ball and I hate how employees at this branch just tried to forwards by problems to someone else. Nobody was knowledgeable on my problems and it took multiple employees to finally understand the issue and solve it. Imagine if I was gullible and went home to call customer care again. I understand there is a process, but dont think that your clients are clowns. Worst client service experience I EVER had with a National Bank branch.

    I searched for it's office hours before I visit the branch. They are supposed to be open until 5pm on Thursdays and it is closed already by 4:20 pm when I arrived. I saw one employee there and asked him why the branch was not open, he replied as it was closed because no advisor was on duty, which was an absolute unacceptable reason!!! Then I tried to visit another location, which is still supposed to be open until 5pm, and it was closed already as well when I arrived at the branch by 4:42 pm. If you cannot remain open that time, why do you show fake open hours to the public? And most of the branches open only 5hrs daily from 9 am to 2 pm, that's ridiculous. Would definitely avoid choosing NBC if I don't have to.

    I visited this branch on March 17th around 11 AM. I had the worst experience of my life in 40 years. There were no tellers on counter, I had yell to get some attention from staff who was busy in fixing his lap top. I wanted to deposit a rent cheque in account and they made my life hell. Staff was very rude and had a attitude of I don't care for customers. They get fixed salary and don't care if they loose clients to other banks. There was zero customer service and unprofessional behaviour towards the client. They made me feel if they were racial towards me. I would really take this matter to next level. Staff refused to give their name and said do whatever you like...How can you run your banks like this...every branch have their own standards and policies... It was a disaster visiting this specific branch. Please retrain your staff on customer service, policies and procedures...

    I would give negative starts if given the option. National Bank of Canada (NBC) is the worst bank I have ever encountered in my life! As an accountant, I had many interactions with NBC, because the nature of my job; online banking, calling over the phone, and dealing account managers etc. They do not help businesses, but make daily financial operations way more difficult than it needs to be. Starting with their IT setup, all the way to inability in having flexibility in their internal policies/operations to move with their clients needs. Overall a very not customer/user friendly bank! Now, specifically with this branch. I just went to this bank branch today at 4:55pm, hoping I can still make a deposit. I have everything in order in the deposit book - thats my job! It should take no more than 5mins for the teller to process the deposit (I have done it in another NBC Branch). Although the front door of the branch is still open at 4:55pm. The teller (I didnt get her name, its a black girl) decided that the businesses hour ends at 4:55pm for her, and informed me that she has closed her teller. I tried to plead with her, but every step along the way of her trying to help me, it seems that there is nothing she can help me with! When I left, her colleague, the one in an actual office, is still with a client. This left me feeling unimportant, and the tellers laziness. As I walk through their front door at 4:57pm, Im wondering, why am I able to walk through it if the branch is technically closed at 4:55pm? Do I have the ability to walk through walls/locked doors now? Its absolutely ridiculous!
