Terrible customer service. Unwilling to provide help. I think it took like 3 minutes for the clerk to even open his mouth. Only reason I even switched to Scotia was because of scene points but unless youre spending thousands and thousands of dollars, free movies come rarely now with the points increase. Also, the ATMs outside have eaten my money and my card on TWO occasions in the last 12 months, its so sketchy and risky to use those atms

The employees here dont value your time as they cannot manage their own time. Made appointment here to open an account and the front desk made us wait for 10+ minutes. When we went up to ask about our appointment, they told us they were too caught up with something else and for us to wait more, with no time estimates. You could have told us when we arrived, not at the moment we asked. Why should we give you our business?
