CIBC Branch with ATM

I asked questions from 2 Asian staffs. One of staff Boer was very professional and helpful while another Chinese fleshless staff (I dont know her name) was extremely unprofessional and had hedious awful attitude. I know exactly as smart account user, we can get free bank drafts. This unprofessional staff insisted on charging 10 dollars even though I told her I am smart account user. While finally Boer said its free and shouldnt be charged. In sum, staffs here are so different. Some are professional while some is awful and unprofessional!!!

Out of all the CIBC branches I've visited, this one is undoubtedly the worst. The business advisors and client managers lack the essential knowledge and skills needed to effectively carry out their job. Additionally, the client managers fail to follow up with clients and lack professionalism. Although the reason for this branch's poor performance is unclear, I suspect that the labour crunch is a contributing factor. It's possible that they are struggling to find qualified employees to work in the downtown area, especially since people are relocating away from the city.
