        I had the most frustrating experience trying to reach TD customer service by phone about an important alert I had received. Literally spent hours and hours -- waiting for customer service to pick up, only to have the line disconnect more than once. Was ready to pull my hair out. Decided to come into the branch, to see if they could help. Was lucky enough to find Tanya there & available. She immediately stepped into super-hero mode, bless her soul. She placed the call for me again this time, with three sources going at the same time (talk about a risk mgt plan!!) a land line, a line through the computer & a cell phone. We wound up getting through fairly quickly and had the issue completely resolved shortly after. A truly tremendous help. Ive sought her help a number of times in the branch & find that shes always calm, clear-headed & super pleasant to deal with. Thank you so much, Tanya!

        The first time being at this branch and the first branch that refused accepting my changes to be deposited into my account unless they were in rolls- (it was only $50) -they sent me to dollar store to get the rolls !!! They even did not have the rolls at the branch- Just lazy people! They helped me in the other branches -
