        Walid Hussein is a great guy working here. He helped me so much to reprocess my credit card application. He'll be with you until you get the process completed and always open for you to answer any questions if you have. I strongly recommend him for similar applications at CIBC.

        Horrible outdated 2FA online security. No help or recourse if you're outside the country and cannot access your online account.

        Branch has no tellers: Want to deposit a large cheque? Not at this branch. Want to create a bank draft? Nope not at this branch. Just close the whole thing down and add a few more ATMs with USD so people aren't confused/disappointed.
