        I wanted to deposit a bank draft for my relative. Even though I had the receipt and BMO even gave me a card of their branch manager in case TD wants to call and verify. The teller wanted to try, but TD branch manager refused to call and verify, so I have to wait 5 more days for the funds. Luckily I don't have a TD account myself, and I don't think I will change my mind in the near future given how they eagerly avoids problem instead of trying to solve it.

        Pathetic staff - especially Vagmi Pandya and Ryan Vu. They keep feeding you incorrect information and will do anything to avoid helping in under any circumstances. Completed all the conditions mentioned by them for the newcomer program benefits but as per them I did not meet the criteria they mentioned, so will not be getting any benefits. STAY AWAY FROM TD!!!
