I confirm that the bank manager is condescending with employees and is not there to serve the clients. She doesnt answer directly the questions and when we insist for an answer, she says one thing and shortly after says the contrary. Then of course we have more questions because we try to understand but if you ask too many questions, like I was unfortunate to do, you get kicked out of the branch with a pamphlet on how to make a complaint. We are making it now. To be fair with RBC, the gentleman who served us from the complaint department was great! He could retrieve all our information in the system and completed what the bank manager refused to do.

Even though I moved away from Corktown, I still come to this branch because they always deliver. Fast, efficient service and friendly too. I was impressed when I walked in last time and Ahad remembered me by name. Great customer service.

I visit this branch twice a week. New manager and some new frontline staff too. The new manager seems terrible - although Ive not had any interactions with her; Ive witnessed, on several occasions, her approach with clients is crass and unprofessional. She interrupts them mid sentence, condescendingly talks over her staff in front of clients and runs around the branch, yet nothing gets done! These days the branch is untidy and dirty. In fact, this location has drastically gone downhill in the past two months. My banking is straightforward and can be done at the ATM too. But if theres a need to interact with staff, Id suggest the location on King+Jarvis. This manager may outlast Liz Truss but not by much.

I dont know from where to start.Is the 3rd time that Im visiting this bank and and Im very satisfied about the service that I received.Before a week I went there for an urgent problem that I had with my account and the person who helped me (Ahad) was very polite and his professionalism was in a very upgraded level.He fixed everything on time and he try his best to make you feel comfortable and calm on these situationsalso today it happens to service me again on the bank for a random thing and he remembered me from the last time and asked me if everything is okI dont use to make reviews but the fact that your bank workers are caring for their clients should be rewardedThank you Ahad and wish you the bestI dont want to underestimate nobody of the other workers because everyone there is doing a great job I have only compliments to say about everyone there and 0 complaintskeep dont the good job!
