Curt, Nora and the branch manager are super friendly and helpful! They listened to me carefully and tried their their best to give suggestions according to my needs. I couldn't ask for more

Kind of acted like I had stolen the card. I was just trying to put a paycheque in and pay my bills. The teller started asking me where I had shopped that day and how much I had spent and getting me to verify credit card info, made me sign stuff saying her pin terminal was down (I had already used it to sign into my account in front of her) She asked me if Ive ever gotten a cheque from my work before, I have been putting in cheques from them every two weeks for the past four years....then told me I should use the ATM because theyre busy, I said you cant pay credit card bills via the machine and explained that the online banking was giving me issues so I had to come in. Took about 15 minutes to do what usually takes 2 minutes, not to mention all the very strange questioning, which might be able to be explained if I was trying to take money out or something, but I was simply putting money in and paying a bill. Will not be back to this location, treatment was very poor
