Extremely pathetic experience. Branch has no respect for customers time and cancels appointment without intimation. When I reached to the branch during my appointment I was told the advisor is on leave and was sent back unattended. They could have called me to reschedule my appointment and I could have saved the trip to the branch bit apparently they lack the basic courtesy.

This location is so deplorable with their customer service, they shouldn't exist. They won't or cannot do very simple things like issue a bank draft. I had to go to a downtown location because the representative that was doing it for me, an older Asian woman (..don't know her name), was asking me 20 min of security questions no one could answer. She also would not let me speak directly to the branch manager, and the branch manager wouldn't come speak to me. It was apalling. It was a time sensitive matter for the transaction. The downtown location easily was able to make the transaction. The bank was not busy because no one goes to this location. Don't bank here. In fact switch banks from Scotia if you can. Not only do they not want to help you, but they waste your time and treat you like a criminal, and are extremely inept. They also don't answer their phone, of course so you're stuck going in person. The banking representative was rude, insensitive, didn't know how to do her job, she kept going to the bank manager and did not care she was wasting 20 minutes of my time to do something really simple.

I should of read the reviews before coming here. One of the worst branches to deal with thanks to Bibi DeSouza, the "Customer Experience Lead". Wouldn't even return a call after leaving her 3 voicemails. Avoid this branch if you can
