        I went here and I got a bad experience. Yunus, I hope you are FIRED. He is so unprofessional and racist. Everything he gives the information is wrong and if I go to another CIBC it is right. He Even cant do the changing account. Cant understand well and argue with a customer. Not nice. So aggressive. I want to change the card because of him.

        I hate it here this was the worst experience ever I have here. during the customer service chewing the gum? It was awful. I think people here also rasisted especially Asian. Also throwing a card. Dont go here
