Avoid this bank for your small business banking needs. Staff are disorganized and will waste your time with unnecessary paperwork.

ATM not usable unless bank is open. They clearly know how to run a bank.

Instead of filling a complaint I will write this review. Tellers dont provide the right information, some of them are very nice but some are very entitled. I had a problem with my card and the new one doesnt work fully because apparently it is not connected to the Mastercard network and I had to call 1-800 to get this information because in person the teller just wanted to change my password and thats all what he could do for me. I just wish they were more knowledgeable and helpful. The other time the teller insisted that I only would be able to open up a savings account in person with appointment booked and I found out myself that I could open as many savings account as I wished through the app. I am well aware that they might be learning but this kind of information should be provide for them while training.
