I finished my shopping at the Loblaws upstairs. There is no choice but to walk past this place. The man standing in front of it approached me even though it was clear I did not want to interact. He stalked me all the way to the exit door. I was walking away from him as fast as I could. He knew I did not want to speak with him but he continued following me. I understand that an older woman by herself is the perfect target to stalk but it should not be allowed.

Banked with them for years, until they misplaced $600 that I didnt get back for over a month (and as of writing this Im still waiting on them to find it). Go to Tangerine, also gives you a free chequing account or get a real bank like TD/ Scotia

Currently waiting to get a new debit card. It's been almost 45 minutes and somehow the only staff member who is running the pavilion is still helping the same person as when I got here. Understaffed and no sense of speed or ability to multitask. Update: an hour has now passed. At this current rate, this single employee is able to help 8 people a day. Good luck to anyone who is able to be one of those 8.

This review isn't for the this particular location but for PC Financial Master Card as whole. I had an issue that I called the customer service line for. After spending an hour on the phone with a supervisor I find out the what we were told over 3 years ago was not true and that basically any call that we've made into the customer service since opening the account was never documented on the file. When I asked the supervisor why the customer is now having to be paying the consequences of their company not doing their job, he could only say 'oh I'm sorry'. I asked him if that sounded like good customer service he said "well no" but offered no form of resolution. This company lies, misleads, and misinforms their clients. They don't document accounts properly, and offer no sign of customer appreciation.
