        Came in today at 420pm and was helped right away. The young man on the end counter was super nice and easy to deal with. Keep up the great work and thank you for helping me.

        Giving me the run around for 1 hour on their customer service line saying "it's not procedure" to let me book an in-person apt through the phone on behalf of myself and my parent despite me doing the exact same thing Saturday (today is Monday). They keep cutting me off and putting me on hold for 5-10min at a time

        How do I give 0 stars. Horrible customer service in every aspect. Banking isnt supposed to be this challenging. Offered zero support or ideas. Just sat there and shrugged their shoulders. Ive been with RBC since I was a child and Ill be taking my business and personal banking elsewhere.
