        Alterna is the worst bank I ever dealt with. You cant trust to what they say in the branch or what they tell you over the phone. They are extremely unprofessional and their mistakes cost us thousands of dollars. I would never recommend this bank and that branch to anyone. They completely undermined our trust into union credits.
