Friendly and helpful every time. When I've been in, I've also noticed a number of interactions with seniors who come in to do their banking, and you can see the tellers know them and go out of their way to be helpful and patient. and ... if you are pressed for time, go first thing in the morning.

Got a call that my credit card was ready for pickup at this branch and to bring two pieces of photo ID. Showed up with a health card and driver's license but was told I needed a passport or birth certificate in order for them to give me the card. First of all, a birth certificate is NOT a piece of photo ID; second, who carries their passports and birth certificates around with them? It's absurd. If they required specific ID, they should have said so in the message. Took time off work to go in. What a waste. Absolutely useless customer service. Total clown show at this branch.

Got a fraud alert and my access card was blocked - thought it would be an annoying process to get that resolved but I was in and out within ten minutes thanks to Jojo- cannot sing his praises enough.

I had a wonderful experience. ROMTIN P is very kind, he helped me with my account and he speaks excellent Spanish. In general, I recommend this bank all very fast.Tanks

I had a first class experience today at this branch. Romtin P went above and beyond to help me with my banking issues. I cant stress enough to his managers how terrific his customer service was. Overall this bank has been friendly and quick. Thank you all!
