Contrary to other reviews here, everyone was professional, thoughtful and helpful. The problem with most people going to banks is impatience. If you want quality service, then you should wait for your turn. Manpreet and Hamza helped resolve my issues. I am very impressed, thank you.

Try to avoid this branch at all cost, staff not trained properly, only two tellers available, mostly one available at a time. Only you can expect sorry at this location!

I have gone there to open an Business account with them but they were so rude with me because I have asked some questions. Customer Comes First they need to know that. They have to be Patient and Polite in every possible way to deal with the customer. They are so rude and the environment of the bank is like a Fish Market. No one is there seems to me that knows about professionalism, I had an appoinment but i had too wait so long and after that i See this kind of behavior. How Shamefull is this for a reputated bank as Scotia Bank. THen I just went to THe Royal Bank Of Canada and opened an account there and that was a fair experience.

They are still the same. If you want to feel stupid then go there. She asked me a question and I didnt understand it. So I asked her to explain. Her facial expression was super unprofessional, how could a customer service representative make this expression! I accidentally gave her wrong card, again she showed her expression and even said something which she shouldnt. She said, you gave me wrong card and if I processed it then you will blame me for the mistake, dont you? Is there any need to say this?! I will NEVER go to this location, the employees behave like its their family owned business and they are racist. I think Scotiabank doesnt care about reviews. (***there are so many negative reviews regarding the receptionists and their behaviours. The management should provide them training*** No employee should use other language to communicate with his/her coworkers in-front of the clients. They thought I didnt know hindi but i know even if i am not an Indian. One was saying why didnt you say no to her in Hindi even if I knew I can get service from here. The manager asked and confirmed me when i was waiting on the line. When you arent on the duty you can speak in whatever language you want. She had a attitude and it was clear on her face. This is not a proper customer service. I didnt notice her name but they should learn how to act and behave professionally including anti-racism framework.
