        Worst banking experience ever. Inexperienced staff messed up a very simple cheque deposit. After confirming several times with the teller, they assured and reassured me everything was corrected - but wasnt. Customer service is lukewarm.

        If you are looking for a bank that ships your $600 annual fee premium credit card with regular mail to the branch, where the staff has no product knowledge and the branch manager is rude, then go for TD!

        Location is very modern, spacious, nice waiting area. Tellers & ATM are available. Went at end of day so I had no wait, but that may be different at other times of day.

        Mahad Jamal was enormously professional, wish all banks were like this. Not only we had great chat with him, but he also helped us promptly and offered ways to save money with TD chequing account. Highly recommended
