RBC Royal Bank

I would give a zero if I could, my account manager Anne doesnt respond to message and doesnt help. This has happened multiple times. I guess I dont have enough money for them to take me seriously even though Ive been an RBC customer for 40 years.

Very disappointed me and my husband booked appointment to speak an advisor go over our financial plan but the lady we deal with, her delivery was wrong she look very intense couldnt answer some of the basic questions, we decided not even to open the accounts we want to and left.and the office baseboards was so dirty I was so distracted by it, I think its to move to other bank I like TD better RBC
