        Official branch hours on Friday is till 7 PM, visited branch at 5:05 PM to collect my card I was told no service after 5PM without appointment whereas truth is BMO dont take appointment after 4 PM. Now, million dollar question is- whats the point of keeping the branch open if customers cant be served ? Dont look for answer- try finding other better options.

        Been banking with bmo for almost 15 years. Have moved my home branch a few times. This one is great, the staff has been helpful, I feel like some of the tellers have been working there for over a decade. They know their clients and the community. The hours aren't the best at this branch(but they are open on saturdays), and since the pandemic have began to shutter the ABM lobby early and at sporadic times, which is really the only complaint I have. As far as the branch goes though it is exceptional.
