        We love meaty eats and frequent often! A perfect addition in the area-the space is great, nicest most helpful staff Ive ever seen, and above all the food and quality are top notch

        I had some really good samples and really want you guys to be successful, but you can't just sell premium cuts. The hood looks for price+quality to feed the family. Do short ribs, flatiron, hanger, denver cuts etc. Marinated ones for quick cooking.

        Family run. Very knowledgeable butchers. All organic meat. It's really evident how much they care. I can't comment on the chicken or pork (will try them at some point) but the dry aged beef I've purchased has been outstanding. Great cuts. I've lived in BWV for 4 years and this is levels above everything else. Great addition to the neighborhood.
