I went to Bayview Location and I had a really bad experience in this place. no one try to help. They Just ignore me. I can't believe it. Everyone so lazy. You guys should check the CCTV and see how lazy for the worker.

I attended the store, and I spoke with somebody name elysha she was the worst most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. No one should ever have to come to the store, and expect the level of unprofessionalism that I have experienced. I needed help but she on her phone I also seen her yelling at employees. I have no idea who hired her but I will be contacting the corporate office for further complaint

If you are the unlucky recipient of broken furniture you are on your own. Picked up a $700 baby letto crib from their warehouse that was broken on one side. Now they are saying there is no stock to replace it and we have to go to manufacturer. Yet when I call and pretend to be a new sale, 2 are available in stock. As soon as they discover I actually need to exchange they suddenly become spoken for. Take your business elsewhere if you can as customer service means nothing to this company.

Came in to purchase a stroller, Linda was absolutely amazing. She took the time to go through all my options and helped me pick the best stroller. Chimee was also helpful and gave great suggestions!

It's much bigger than you expect! We went here after going to the Toronto baby show and they have a ton of variety of baby products. A great experience overall!
