A revisit after several months. The food tasted delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming and they even have a robot that delivers food to the customer's table! Would visit again!

Not at all authentic. So disappointing. In the basement level of a King W building. Couldnt eat the soggy sweet & sour fish (not fried long enough & then was drowned in sauce); braised eggplant had no flavour (needs garlic, salt, pepper, onions); pork/shrimp/ garlic dumplings had very strange taste & pink vinegar sauce (?!?whats that about?). This is a tourist trap for people who dont know what good Chinese food tastes like! When we complained to the Manager Carmen, she didnt offer to re-cook it or to credit our bill for the poorly made dishes.Instead tried to push dessert on us but we didnt want to try anymore disappointing food. Not worth the calories! This is a tourist trap for people who dont know what authentic Chinese food tastes like! And when we complained, they didnt offer to re-cook it or even to credit that portion of our bill for the poorly done dishes.Tried to push dessert on us instead but we didnt want to try anymore disappointing food. Not worth the calories! Service was slow . had to wait for the rice & dim sum arrived last! On the bright side, its nice ambience & clean, plus, they have the touristy robot server that sings you happy birthday. Go to Pai/ Minami/ Lee instead.

This restaurant is not welcoming babies or toddlers who cant remain quiet while dining. We went for lunch with a one year old. The host led us to the innermost corner table of the restaurant. They foresee kids may disturb the other customers, which is understandable. During dinings, even though we tried our best to keep our one year old quiet, she did scream occasionally like how other one-year-old kids behave. It was a good dining experience until a middle-aged lady who seemed like the owner approached us, saying Thanks god today were not busy, you know what, I dont even dare assigning other guests close to you., which we felt very offensive and discriminated. As customers, we felt not welcomed dining here with a little one. We didnt argue with her, just apologized for our kid. Other than this, food is definitely overpriced and tastes just okay. We ordered fried rice, cost $19, the most expensive fried rice weve ever had. The rice was so hard, not possible for our kid to eat. Same for the pea sprout, it was overripe and hard to chew. We also ordered KungBao fish which was very salty. Moreover, the restaurant is not accessible. You need to take eight stairs down the ground to reach it. According to our experience, we were certain this was the last time we ate in this restaurant.
