I was never into the chiropractic approach on rehab, as I tend to lean more towards physiotherapy, however Dr Phil Warner has absolutely changed my view. He had been referred by several friends whom I all admire for their athletic abilities. In 2018 I suffered 3 injuries in a row, I finally made my appointment to see Phil. He took the time to address all the injuries to fix the root cause. He was very particular in his course of treatment, never once did I receive a spinal adjustment, as it was not necessary. We did follow an exercise plan. With each appointment he assessed how I performed each exercise and if done well, we progressed and added more exercises on each visit. He does not rush anything. I have learned to finally activate my core to prevent further injury. I now approach everything I do with an awareness and quite frankly havent felt this good or confident in a long time.
