Boathouse

I've been to this location a few times (mostly to return online purchases). My latest trip today went above my expectations for customer service. I was assisted by sales associate Zach who helped me with finding a few shoes in my size. I planned on buying online after finding my shoe size but not the colour I wanted until Zach offered to order for me in store (to be shipped to my home address) which would save me the shipping cost/minimum order for free shipping. He was very professional and friendly.

My 1st visit to boathouse Eaton Centre shopping mall. I was provided with excellent customer service by sales associate: Anekka. Your a reigning champion She went above & beyond my expectations! I was extremely satisfied with all of my purchases. The one stop shop for majority of the brands such as Timberland, champion, volcom, Nike, New Balance, Crooks & Castle, Carhartt, Dickies, etc. I've enjoyed my conversations with the staff. This is my joint, I'm a regular customer. I grade them: AAAAA +++++ in my book with well recognized work ethic. My appreciation for going the extra mile towards providing excellent customers service. Great atmosphere, courteous, diligent, outgoing, pleasant staff. Please continue to provide excellent customer service. I will continue to support & give them my business. 10/10:I highly recommend this location!

I keep coming back for this girl named sam she was my favourite worker. she always gave me the sweetest smiles but i dont see her anymore. i actually only felt comfortable with her because she was good at helping me shop for my body size, she always gave me good advice. i hope she is still there I am not comfortable around everyone else
