A family-owned business that obviously places a lot of importance on customer service. I was overwhelmed by their vast selection of jeans, but Victor was very helpful narrowing down my options. I found the perfect-fitting paira Naked and Famous cut that's custom made just for this store. Thanks to Joel (the owner) and the friendly team for a great experience. Great service is still alive!

Its nice that they have a mix of local and international brands in there. Plus they got a spot to tailor your clothes as well

I ordered a pair of jeans that were on sale online twice in 9 days. Both orders were cancelled "as we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order". Immediately after my second order was cancelled, I saw that they had the same jeans listed on their site at full price, with both sizes I had ordered available. I emailed asking them to honour their price. And was told this was part of a different collection (exact same style & same wash), and they'd be happy to offer me 30% off of the full price. (Versus the lower prices that had been advertised). Edit based on response: not sure what the confusion was - the same style (Mother Ditcher Crop), same wash (Running with Scissors). Also, prior to writing this review, I looked at other Google reviews to see how customer concerns were addressed. I emailed Daniel, and never received any response.
