        Overpriced dress, roam around the mall before purchase from them. I bought a top for $24.99 then I saw another shop in the same mall has it for $9.99. But they say final sale and refused to refund. Big thief!!! I acknowledge the store policy but it's not fair to mislead a customer. That's against customer policy.
