Every time I go to this location, no one is available to assist me. I could be the only person in the store and there are three sales people who would rather look busy than help me. If you like being ignored and are only looking for what is visible, then this is the place for you.

Horrid on-line shopping experience. Made $500 purchase online on June 25h. July 9th the items still have not left the warehouse. Customer service (just like the other reviewer noticed) is just one person named Joseph. No manager, etc, so you only get to talk to one person. He interrupts, does not listen and doesn't try to help/solve the issue. I called 2 times to get an answer where my items are and he kept saying tomorrow is the deadline and we will connect with you. Nothing has happened and the items are still at the warehouse. I am floored that this kind of service can happen in our days of virtually next day delivery. Will take my business elsewhere after I get my money back. What a shame.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a tie online. After almost a week later, I received an email saying they cancelled the order. But, they did not mention refunding the tie. I contacted customer service and got shocked by the response. Since there is no review for online shopping, I describe it here. A guy called himself Antonio answered the online chat. He did not answer my question regarding the tie: was it cancelled too? if so, why it is not in my order list on the account page and in the cancellation email, but I was charged for it? I contacted customer service via the phone this time. Again Antonio answered the phone, and he hung up on me. I called again, and he did the same without saying a word! What a shame!!! Now the question is: what happened to the tie? would they refund it as well as the jeans?

Our Italian favorite, but disasterous Canadian customer service makes this un-shoppable. We REALLY wanted to love our experience, but WOW, no way. Nice products, but not worth your effort.
