But dissapointed with this location. Didn't feel as well organized but also there was a lack of selection / stock. idk if maybe it's a store with higher traffic and that's why, but didn't find much I liked.

After dealing with head office and having a really good workout talking with the management the AODA issue was resolved very professionally thank you Ardene

The worst location ever. The staff doesnt know how to talk to a customer.They charged me for an item I didnt even buy. When I went back to complain about it they rudely refused to give me my money back because they felt I dont have enough proofs that I actually bought the item or not. Ardene was one of my favourite brands and I was a regular customer but only because of a few mannerless people at this location, Im going to stop shopping from here.
